Dermstore doesn't ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We ship all packages via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx, and all will have a tracking number. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control what happens to it.
If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend waiting 24-48 hours, as USPS often marks packages as delivered in advance of the actual delivery. If it still has not arrived after that, you may contact the carrier directly as we are unable to contact them on your behalf.
Muertolandia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If items are missing from your package, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
Out of Stock
